Brut Reserve NV

 

Our signature wine is a multi-award-winning blend from the beautiful landscape of the High Weald area of outstanding natural beauty. Light straw in colour with a fine persistent mousse, it has elegant aromas of orchard and citrus fruit, toast and spice. On the palate, the Chardonnay dominance brings delightful freshness and length. The Pinots add depth and structure, and wonderful aromatic complexity.

Brut Reserve NV Details

Highweald Brut Reserve NV is crafted from a blend of 56% Chardonnay, 41% Pinot Noir, and 3% Pinot Meunier to create an elegant fruit profile which offers richness to the palate. Dosage is 6 g/L and it is aged on lees for 18 months. It has an ABV: 12%.

Brut Reserve NV Food Pairing

Highweald Brut Reserve NV is a versatile sparkling wine which pairs beautifully with dishes centring around white truffle, shellfish, white fish, and chicken. It is also delicious with soft, creamy cheeses such as brie, camembert and goats cheese.

Rosé Reserve NV

Intense and seductive aromas of English summer berries, paired with a delicate toasted cedar-spice note typify this beautiful, vibrant rosé. Created to complement our signature Brut NV, this blend has a slightly higher proportion of Pinot Meunier for a ripe red berry profile and a silky palate with a persistent and refreshing finish. Aged on its lees for 24 months, this wine pairs perfectly with smoked salmon, prawns, duck, and charcuterie.

Rosé Reserve NV Detail

Highweald Rosé NV is crafted from a blend of 59% Chardonnay, 21% Pinot Noir, and 20% Pinot Meunier for a ripe red berry profile which is complex on the palate. Dosage is 6.5 g/L and it is aged on lees for 24 months. It has an ABV: 12%.
