Crafted from a harmonised blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier across multiple vintages, Highweald Brut Reserve NV captures the estate’s signature balance of freshness and depth. Made using the traditional method, it reflects the character of slow-ripened grapes grown in Highweald’s cool, precisely managed vineyard sites.

Aromas of green apple, citrus zest, and subtle brioche rise from the glass, leading to a palate that’s crisp, refined, and beautifully poised. Fine bubbles and bright acidity carry through to a clean, persistent finish. Elegant and expressive, it showcases the consistency and craftsmanship at the heart of Highweald sparkling wines.

Provenance & Craftmanship

Highweald wines begin in our exceptional Sussex vineyards, where cool-climate conditions and ancient soils shape the purity and precision of our fruit. Every vine is hand-tended, and every grape is harvested at peak ripeness to capture the character of our land.

In the winery, traditional methods meet meticulous craft. Small-batch fermentations, careful blending, and patient ageing allow each wine to develop balance, elegance, and depth. From vine to bottle, our focus is simple: uncompromising quality and an authentic expression of Highweald terroir.

Committed to our sustainable vision, we are active members of Sustainable Wines of Britain.

“The character of this wine is driven entirely by our Sussex terroir - the chalk-influenced soils, cool nights, and long ripening window. Those conditions allow us to build precision in acidity, fine texture, and layered aromatics, which ultimately define the style of Highweald Brut Reserve NV.

Chef-Inspired Pairings

Charcuterie & Artisan Cheese Board
Prosciutto, cured Sussex salami, truffled honey, aged goat’s cheese, and toasted walnuts. The wine’s freshness cuts through the richness of the meats, while its fine mousse lifts the creaminess of the cheese.

Lemon Butter Poached Turbot
Served with caviar, beurre blanc, and shaved fennel. The Chardonnay-led acidity and citrus notes accentuate delicate white fish, while the wine’s brioche complexity complements the beurre blanc.

Crispy Roast Chicken with Herbs
A classic, comforting match - succulent chicken and roasted herbs complement the wine’s citrus, apple, and lightly toasty profile.
