Where is Highweald Wine Estate?

From Haywards Heath Train Station/Ansty :

Follow Market Pl and Paddockhall Rd to B2272 (2 min, 0.6 mi), then follow B2272 and A272 to Deak's Ln in Ansty (5 min, 2.5 mi). After 1 mile on Deak’s Ln, turn left and travel 200ft down the road. You will see Highweald gates on your left – park opposite the gates in the designated car park.

From Slough Green/Staplefield:

Turn off B2114 onto Deak’s Ln and drive 1 mile. After the Cuckfield Cattery, take the first right and travel 200ft down the road. You will see Highweald gates on your left – park opposite the gates in the designated car park.

How do you suggest getting to Highweald Wine Estate?

We are located just a short taxi journey from Haywards Heath Train Station, with trains departing every 10-15 minutes. 

We would highly recommend booking a taxi for both journeys to/from Highweald in advance of your visit, especially if visiting on the weekend. Our recommended taxi providers are:

Do you have parking?

You can park free of charge at Highweald. It is a short walk from the parking area to the tasting room. We do not have facilities for coach parking.

Can I hire for a private event?

Yes, our Garden Bar is available for private hire. Please contact us for rates and dates at info@highwealdwine.com

Are dogs allowed at Highweald?

Yes, we love dog - but please ensure dogs are kept on a lead whilst on Highweald land, and please do clean up after them.

We don’t allow dogs into the tasting room or the winery although guide dogs, of course, are welcome.

Are children allowed at tours & events?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any children under the age of 18 on our tours, tastings, and events where alcohol is served.

What should I wear?

The tour will involve walking within the uneven ground of the vineyards, so please wear suitable shoes.

The tour will be outside so do check the weather forecast and bring suitable clothing, such as sunhats and/or waterproofs.
