The showpiece of the case, and a rare one. Made from Dijon-clone Chardonnay, fermented naturally on wild yeasts, aged twelve months in neutral barrique and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Expect blossom and orchard fruit on the nose giving way to crisp apple, citrus peel and a creamy, textured depth - vibrant, layered and quietly intense, with a taut, gently spiced finish. This is minimal-intervention winemaking at its most expressive. Save it for scallops, Comté, or a proper Sunday roast chicken.

A single-vineyard Chardonnay from the clay-loam ridge of Lakestreet Vineyard, sheltered in the rain-shadow of Crowborough Hill. Aromas of ripe peach, apricot and lime blossom carry a whisper of cedar; the palate is smooth, elegant and fruit-led, with a subtle mineral edge and a crisp, lingering finish. Matured 12 months in seasoned French barriques and bottled unfined and unfiltered — quiet refinement in a glass. Lovely with seared sea bass or honeyed goats' cheese crostini.delivered to your door.
