Made using the traditional grapes of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, our first release was crowned Champion English Sparkling Wine and won three trophies at the prestigious International Wine Challenge.

HIGHWEALD BRUT RESERVE NV
Light straw in colour with a fine persistent mousse. Our signature wine is elegant with aromas of orchard and citrus fruit, toast and spice. On the palate, the Chardonnay dominance brings delightful freshness and length. The Pinots add depth and structure, and wonderful aromatic complexity.
HIGHWEALD ROSÉ NV
Beautiful, vibrant rose-pink with a fine persistent mousse. Intense and seductive aroma of English summer berries with a delicate toasted cedar-spice note. This is a bold wine boasting a round and silky palate with a persistent and refreshing finish.
GHYLL VALLEY WHITE MV
Attractive nose of greengage and white peach, with highlights of elderflower and blossom. Bright, smooth and refreshing.
LAKE STREET CHARDONNAY
Pale lemon-yellow, aroma of peach and apricot with notes of lime blossom and cedar. Refreshing, balanced, smooth and mouth filling.

Highweald was awarded Champion English Wine at the 2022 International Wine Challenge, as well as receiving a Gold Medal for English Sparkling Wine, and three further trophies for excellence.
